Youtube Rewind 2018 has turned out to be the most hated video ever in Youtube's history after amassing 10 million dislikes in less than 2 weeks it was uploaded. The most hated video on the streaming platform use to be Justin Beiber's baby who racked up 9.8 Million dislikes in the span of eight years.
So why so much dislikes? "Well, the answer is simple. Each year Youtube rewind seems more disconnected from its video creators and viewers". Also, the entire Youtube community thinks there are some very notable omissions. The KSI vs Logan Paul boxing match didn't inspire an inclusion, while the likes of PewDiePie and Shane Dawson didn't get a look in, either. There isn't a mention of the mind-boggling Johny Johny Yes Papa viral video, which was watched nearly 500 million times.
Top Youtube influencers like Marques Brown Lee and PewDiePie has taken their time to properly analyze what went wrong with the video and obviously made fun of it a little (PewDiePie did worse) 🤣
