Rihanna has just been the named the first Dior's black brand Ambassador in the history of the company in 69 years.  Dior confirmed in March that Riri was to be the house's latest celebrity model, but the advertorials rolled out Thursday with steamy images of the 28-year old singer.
"It feels fantastic,” she said to MTV. “It is such a big deal for me, for my culture, for a lot of young girls of any color. I think to be acknowledged by Dior means a lot, as a woman, to feel beautiful — to feel elegant and timeless.”
Rihanna follows in the footsteps of other Dior campaign stars like Jennifer Lawrence, who revealed her beauty campaign Wednesday, and Charlize Theron who has been the face of Dior's fragrance, J'adore.
The photos were shot by Steven Meisel for their Secret Garden IV campaign at Versailles and reveals the Barbadian beauty smoldering in accessory and apparel items. see more pictures from her Ad for Dior after the cut.
