Julio iturralde and his younger partner Jasmin Davis were both in the hotel room when the woman left for an while to get some items form her car.when she returned she could not open the door and she could only hear her daughter crying..minutes later the suspect unlocked the door letting jasmin in...when the mother saw blood on the baby's diaper she wanted to rush the baby to the hospital but Julio didn't allow her out of the room.
She managed to reach the hospital the next day after Julio had left..when she got there she told the medical staffs that her daughter was injured by another persons child.soon she had to confess about the incident after which the personnel reported to the police.. Both of them where later arrested(Julio and Jasmin).
Witnesses disclosed to the police that on that faithful day Jasmin did not try go get help for her daughter... The baby is still in the hospital now with doctors trying to reconstruct her damaged internal organs.
